The Dualstream family of wet gas flow meters from AMETEK Solartron ISA requires only the meter’s fixed physical geometry to provide environmentally safe, reliable and universally-accepted monitoring of total pressure, differential pressure and temperature. The patented Dualstream II advanced flow meter pushes the oil and gas industry’s definition of wet gas by operating continuously in applications with a gas volume fraction as low as 80%. This highly capable meter is perfectly suited to practically every subsea natural gas reservoir.
Dualstream meters are designed for direct installation at a wellhead or subsea gathering line. Stable and reliable with a typical lifespan greater than 20 years, Dualstream meters are ideal for unmanned platforms and marginal field development and suitable for ultra deepwater installation. Solartron ISA customizes each of its subsea meters to ensure its compatibility with other project equipment such as remotely operated vehicles, subsea trees, gathering lines, available power and communication protocols.
