Peabody, MA,—Technical Manufacturing Corporation (TMC), a unit of AMETEK, Inc., and a world leader in high-performance vibration isolation systems, has released its comprehensive Resource Guide 12, highlighting the company’s expanded line of Precision Floor Vibration Isolation Systems, Optical Tables, and Magnetic Field Cancellation Systems. Featured are piezoelectric active vibration cancellation products based on its patented STACIS® technology. In addition, the Guide details TMC’s many standard products and their recommended applications.
TMC offers a wide array of vibration isolation products from simple, inexpensive desktop isolated microscope bases, to virtually any size optical table, to STACIS® active vibration cancellation systems employing vibration sensors, piezoelectric actuators, and digital controllers. Highlighted are its recent innovations including STACIS® iX SEM-Base™ floor platforms for SEMs, STACIS® iX Stage-Base™ frame mountable vibration cancellation systems, STACIS® iX LaserTable-Base™ hybrid piezoelectric/air active vibration cancellation systems, and Mag-NetX™ magnetic field cancellation systems.
